For those that want the techy details, all of our servers are linux Fedora core with the Plesk management system. We provide access for Perl, PHP, mySQL and Java Tomcat on our CGI hosting. Access is given to the Plesk control panel to manage your web files, FTP, email addresses and domains and sub-domains. Websites on our servers are delivered quickly which helps with search engine optimization and means that a user is more likely to stay on your site.
Billing is made on a yearly basis to simplify accounting, collection and cover setup costs. All of our support is done from the UK- we do not have call centers on the other side of the world!
